Coverage Details & Conditions
We believe in complete transparency. Our extensive warranties cover our workmanship and installation, while standard manufacturer warranties cover the materials used.
Conditions for Coverage
To ensure the validity of this Warranty, the Customer agrees to:
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the gutter system at least twice per year or more frequently as needed.
- Report defects or issues promptly, within thirty (30) days of discovery.
- Provide access to the property for inspections and any necessary repairs.
Exclusions from Coverage
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Clogs and maintenance-related issues caused by debris buildup.
- Cosmetic changes such as minor scratches, dents, or fading that do not impact functionality.
- Damage from weather events, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, acts of God, or heavy snowfall.
- Issues caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or third-party installations.
- Pre-existing conditions affecting gutter performance.
