GarriGutters 2/18/2025 Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Saint Marys, PA, and within a 30 mile radius of Saint Marys, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be homeowners and reside in the home to qualify. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of GarriGutters (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Promotion by completing the following steps:

Like and follow the GarriGutters social media page hosting the giveaway.
Like the giveaway post
Share the giveaway post (optional)
Comment on the post with a specified phrase (e.g., “I need new gutters!”).

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on February 18th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST and ends on March 21st, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. All entries must be received during the Promotion period.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

A seamless gutter and downspout installation for their home, featuring 5" K-Style Seamless Gutters and 3x4” downspouts in one of our offered colors (excluding Copper, Copper Metallic and our Wood Grain Gutter line). Maximum value: $2,500

The prize does not include additional services or materials beyond the standard installation. If additional work or materials are required, the winner may purchase these at standard rates.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. GarriGutters has three (3) months from the date the winner is announced to fulfill the prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by GarriGutters on March 24th, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST during a live event on Facebook. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via social media or direct message within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Fascia Condition Requirement

The installation of the gutter system requires a structurally sound fascia. If the fascia is damaged, rotten, or otherwise unsuitable for proper gutter installation, the homeowner will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs. If the homeowner is unable to afford the necessary repairs and GarriGutters determines that the gutter system cannot be properly installed as a result, the winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate participant.

7. Right to Disqualify

GarriGutters reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has engaged in negative, defamatory, or harmful behavior towards the company or it's members in the past, including but not limited to public complaints, false reviews, harassment, non-payment, etc...

8. Conditions of Participation

By entering, participants agree to:

Comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Permit GarriGutters to use their name, likeness, and any submitted photographs or testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Accept the prize as awarded, and sign a contract detailing scope of work to be completed.

9. General Terms

GarriGutters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if technical issues or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the giveaway. GarriGutters also reserves the right to disqualify any participant for previous actions towards the company (late payment,
GarriGutters is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that prevent the receipt of an entry.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless GarriGutters, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand they are providing their information to GarriGutters and not to these platforms.
